MY REVIEW
We now have seen the differences and there might be more that one can tell if they own both pedal. I own Helix LT and it took me couple of days to learn, However i was more inclined towards headrush but I saw few reviews about the foot-switch which got broken hence made me to fall towards helix, Also Headrush was not available with the dealer in India or else i could have ended up buying both these guys. I read at many places that headrush Amp modeling is better than helix which i cannot comment in this section but yes Helix default Amp modeling does not sound so great but custom IR breaks that perception so thanks for adding IR feature that saved my decision.
HELIX VS HEADRUSHÂ |Â WHAT TO SAY
Overall both units have capability to deliver your desired tone with slight tweaks of settings, Helix does not have touchscreen LCD but without touchscreen the screen(LCD) is very intuitive and easy to dial in your tones. Helix also has massive list of Amp, Effects & Cabs along with I/O ports that makes it more promising candidate for purchase. Comparatively, Helix is also equipped with Powerful Dual-DSP HX Modeling chip allowing you to create complex chains of effects.
FINAL DECISION
Now at the end its all your decision whether you want to go for Helix vs Headrush Pedal board, If I’m the buyer then i would buy both for creating some unique tones for my band and YouTube Channel, also I will be always smiling because If i break one then i have another unit for ready for my upcoming gig.
